Representation of Verizon Wireless and CommNet Cellular prior to its merger with Verizon Wireless before the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission on issues relating to rulemaking, service issues and access to service rules since 1995.

Representation of Heartland Consumers Power District. The utilities practice includes preparing and filing responses to dockets opened by the Public Utilities Commission.
